"I wanted to let you know that we were extremely pleased with the services at the Sterling Heights location. I feel like I was lucky to have a 'lice plan' in advance. Friends of ours that live in Ann Arbor had a run of lice 2+ years ago and after hearing about their experience with Rapunzel's, I mentally noted that I would head straight there if it ever happened to us. I was glad to see that you have locations closer to us. Cortney did an amazing job. She was so thorough and really passionate about her job. I asked her about 100 questions during the process and she was so informative.

"I am writing this review as an anxious mom who had to deal with Lice for the first time in her 47 years and a daughter who is 13 and also got it for the first time. When I discovered the lice I went into pure panic and became immediately overwhelmed. A friend of mine told me about Rupunzel's and I called that very Sunday night. Sarah must of heard the panic in my voice because she called me at 7:30 am the next morning and got us in that very day. The technicians that worked there were wonderful, compassionate, empathetic and understanding of my questions and anxiety. "We used Rapunzel's Lice Boutique/The Lice Brigade when my daughter came home from school with lice. A technician came to my home and did a delousing treatment on my daughter's thick, wavy hair, as well as checking the rest of the family. The entire process took a little over an hour. If I attempted to do this on my own, it would have taken hours and I'm not sure I would have been as thorough.

The technician's confident and professional manner put us all at ease. She answered all of our questions from hair care to home cleaning and prevention. She made herself available to answer questions I had later. We did the follow up treatment, as recommended and are LICE free.

"What a GREAT service! My son got lice from school and I tried all of the over the counter product, but they DID NOT WORK! A friend told me about Rapunzel's. I wish I had know about them before spending all of that money on stuff that not only doesn't work, but is highly toxic!

The girls there were great with my son and gave me all of the correct information about lice. After the treatment he is now lice free! I even bought some of the sprays and killer to keep in case we ever need to go through it again (boy, I hope not!)
